This article has information for troubleshooting problems with the Mirror Driver that is an important part of the Files2Phones remote application control technology.
Problem Opening Application
12/06/07 - If you tried to open an application, and you are seeing this page instead, that means that the required Mirror Driver did not load. In this case, you will not be able to control any applications remotely until you are back at your PC. Do these things:
1. Close your F2P Server, and restart it. After it connects, look for a small gray MD icon on the bottom line of the F2P Server window. If it appears, then the Mirror Driver is loaded, and you can try your remote application control again.
2. If the remote application control fails again, then reinstall the Mirror Driver. See Reinstalling the Mirror Driver for directions on reinstalling the Mirror Driver on Windows Vista or Windows XP. Print the page and follow the instructions.
3. If problems persist, contact Files2Phones Support. Contact information is at www.myf2p.com/support.asp.
