The Files2Phones Access Server program can be configured through the top menus, the icon Toolbar, and the right-click menus available in the My Computer panel, the My iPhone F2P Folder panel, the bottom Status bar and F2P icon in the lower right corner of your Windows toolbar.
Top menus
These are the menu options of the Files2Phones Access Server program on your PC:

| View Security Log |
Open the View Recent Security Logs window, which displays a list of saved F2P Security Logs in .CSV format. See F2P Security Logs.

| Clear Security Log |
Clear the data from the F2P Security Log panel. |
| Save Security Log |
Save the current security log data whenever you wish. The data is saved in .CSV and .LOG formats. Security log data is automatically saved when you close Files2Phones Access Server program. |
| Exit |
Close the Files2Phones program. |
| View Menu |
| Toolbar |
Show or hide the button toolbar. The buttons perform the same actions as their equivalent menu options. |
| Status Bar |
Show or hide the status information on the bottom line of the Files2Phones window. |
| Folder |
Display the contents of the My iPhone F2P Folders panel with large icons, small icons, a list, or details. |
| Advanced Menu |
| Time Schedule |
Opens the Schedule Access Setup window, which you can use to set a time period when your Files2Phones Access Server will be accessible. For example, you might want to make it available between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM only.
Note: the time period cannot span midnight. The times are controlled by the time zone used by your computer. |
| WebCam |
Turns on your webcam. Anyone connecting to a My F2P Folder onto which you have dragged a webcam icon can see a still shot of what the webcam is viewing at the moment. |
| Preserve Wallpaper |
Check if you want your wallpaper to be displayed in Desktop and Application Control. Default is set to hide the wallpaper. |
| Eyes Off! |
Check to use the unique and patent-pending "Eyes-Only" feature, which conceals your desktop whenever you are running an application or controlling your desktop remotely with F2P. If you also have a locked screensaver, your custodian or cubicle-mate can never see your data. Uncheck if you want your desktop to be visible on the PC during remote access (note that anyone passing by can see what's happening). Default is checked. |

| Registration |
Opens the Registration Information window, where you can see your registration information, including the number of days remaining on your trial or current license. The window also has options to Enter Unlock codes, Update F2P Server software, and Uninstall. See Register. |

| Update My F2P Server |
Download and run F2P installation program, f2psetup.exe. This replaces files with newer versions. Note that your firewall may identify changes and prompt you to allow F2P again. |
| Get Last Server Message |
Display the last message that 1stWorks sent as a notification to all users. |
| Balloons On / Off |
Display or hide the help balloons for the F2P panels. |
| About Files2Phones |
Opens the About Files2Phones window, which tells you exactly which revision you are using. |
Toolbar
These are the buttons on the Toolbar:

Display the contents of the My F2P Folder as a detailed list. |
| New Folder |
Create a new folder in the lower right panel. Open the Public, Private or Guest folder, and then click this option to create a new folder. This icon is active only when allowed. |
| Delete Selected Folder |
Delete a folder from the lower right panel. Open the Public, Private or Guest folder. Then click the folder you want to delete and select this option. This icon is active only when allowed. See Delete in My iPhone F2P Folders menu.

Open the Schedule Access Setup window. See Time Schedule. |

My Computer panel right-click menu
Right-click on a file or folder in the My Computer list to see the options available for that file or folder. Only available options are shown. Many of the options are typical Windows Explorer actions. Some, like Add Link, are for F2P Server.

My iPhone F2P Folders panel right-click menu
Right-click on a folder in the My iPhone F2P Folders panel to see the options available for that folder. Only available options are shown.

Delete the folder.
Notes:
- you cannot delete the Public, Private or Guest folders.
- any files you put in the folder outside of the Files2Phones program will be deleted. Any files you dragged in through Files2Phones are not deleted because the folder does not contain those actual files, just links to them. |
| Rename |
Change the folder name. |
| New Folder within [foldername] |
Create a new folder inside this one. |
| Set Username & Password ... |
Open the Security Password Setup window, where you can set a username and password that will need to be entered by anyone wanting to access that folder. |
Status Bar
The bottom line of your Files2Phone Access Server window contains status information:

If the Mirror Driver is loaded or running, you see an MD icon. The Mirror Driver is required for remote control of applications or desktop. See Mirror Driver.

Your connection status is displayed as:

| Signed-Out |
Not connected to the F2P location server. If this status persists after 2 minutes, check your firewall to make sure it allows all access rights to F2P. |
| Online-Proxied |
Connected successfully through a firewall. Access is allows for outgoing TCP connections on any port. |
| Online-Direct |
Connection is successful. Access is allowed for externally initiated connections on a specified port, and access is allowed for all outgoing connections. |
| Online-Tunnelled |
Limited connection through an HTTP Tunnel. |

| WebPort |
If the status is Online-Direct, the WebPort shows the port specified for incoming connections. Otherwise, the WebPort shows as -proxied. |
| Server |
The web-prefix portion of the address used by the iPhone to connect to your Files2Phones Access Server. The full address is your-web-prefix.myf2p.com. |
F2P icon right-click menu
Right-click on the tiny F2P icon in the lower right corner of your Windows toolbar to see options that are available.

If the F2P Server window is minimized, restore it to a normal viewing position. |
| Auto Start |
Click to start the F2P Server automatically when Windows starts. |
| Exit |
Close the F2P Server. |

Windows Start menu
Click Windows Start, then All Programs, then 1stWorks Corporation, then Files2Phones to see the options available from the Windows Start menu:

Uninstall the F2P Server. This is the same installation procedure that runs from the Control Panel option to remove programs. |

Update your copy of the F2P Access Server with the most recent version of the program. |
| View Logs |
Open the folder containing the F2P Security Log files. See F2P Security Logs. |
| F2P Uploaded Photos |
Open the F2P folder for photos that have been uploaded to the F2P Access Server. |
