F2P Security Logs
The Files2Phones Access Server main window shows an F2P Security Log panel which has a list of actions from people connecting. The log files are saved with your other F2P data files.
F2P Security Log Panel
The F2P Security Log panel shows a list of current connection information, so you know which files have been accessed.
The list is re-started when you start the Files2Phones Access Server, and is saved when you close it.
To save the list at any time, select File, then Save Security Log.
To clear the list in the F2P Security Logs panel, select File, then Clear Security Log. This automatically saves the list.
View Recent Security Logs
You can view saved log files through the View Recent Security Logs window.
- Click File and then View Security Log.
- In the View Recent Security Logs window, click the log you want to see. This window displays the .CSV format version of the logs.
- The log data is displayed in the bottom section of the View Recent Security Logs window.
F2P Security Log Files
F2P Security Logs are saved with your other F2P data files in .CSV (comma separate value) and .LOG (text) formats.
Note: when you install Files2Phones Access Server, a shortcut to the Files2Phones Log Files is placed on your desktop.

Note that Local Settings or AppData may be a hidden folder. If you do not see a folder, make sure that your computer is set to "Show hidden files and folders".
Show hidden files
1. Click Windows Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. In Vista, select Classic View. In XP, if you see Switch to Classic View, click it.
4. Select the Folder Options icon
5. Select the View tab
6. Under Advanced Settings, Hidden Files and Folders, check "Show hidden files and folders"
7. Click Apply, then OK.
If you want to get out of Classic View: In Vista, click Control Panel Home. In XP, click Switch to Category View.
